Delivery times are illustrated next to each product and are based on normal working days, Monday to Friday. The majority of large items will be delivered between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays).

For Highland, Islands and remote area deliveries, please give us a call and we can advise it there are additional delivery charges. If you order online we will contact you before despatching your order if additional costs apply.

On certain products we can offer special or timed delivery at an additional cost.

Tips For Large Item Deliveries.

Please ensure that a large vehicle can gain access to your premises .

Please ensure that the equipment will actual fit into your premises, you will be amazed about the number of deliveries that have to be aborted because the item will not go in the premises.

On the day of delivery please make sure somebody is available to take delivery.

Delivery of large items is normally to kerbside, however if you have purchased an item with delivery into the premises this is made to clear level, ground floor access only.

Aborted delivery charges can be costly on large items and we don’t want any of our customers to be disappointed.

On receipt of your delivery, please inspect the equipment for any damages. If there are any damages then please sign the delivery note as damaged and give us a call straight away. Please also follow up your call in writing.

We want to be upfront with the delivery terms of commercial products, so we have compiled this information to help and assist. If you need any clarification about the delivery options then please do not hesitate in contact us.

There are a wide range of warranty options available especially on commercial appliances. For your convenience we illustrate the level of warranty next to each product. On certain products we can offer an upgraded level of warranty at very competitive prices and they are certainly worth considering at the time of purchase.

Back to Base Warranty

  • Customers must arrange for any faulty unit(s) to be returned to the manufacturer for repair when the items are covered by a back-to-base warranty. Please ensure that the item(s) are well packaged as neither DirectShopfittings nor the manufacturer will accept any responsibility for any loss or damage caused due to poor packaging when the item is in transit.

  • Please contact a member of our customer support team to obtain a returns number for your package from the manufacturer.


Parts Only Warranty

  • Some commercial appliances are supplied only with a parts only warranty which we strongly advise of upgrading to Parts and Labour.

  • If your equipment fails under a parts only warranty you will have to source your own engineer to visit your site and advise you of the parts required. If you provide us with a engineers report with information of the parts required, we will then arrange for the parts to be despatched from the manufacturer or their distributor.

  • You will then need to arrange for the service engineer to revisit to fit the part. As you can appreciate this can take some time and your equipment may be out of action during this period. You also have to consider the cost of two engineer visits.


Parts and Labour Warranty

  • With a parts and labour warranty all you need to do is give us a call and we will liaise with the manufacturer or their distributor and organise an engineer visit to fix your equipment. Different levels of parts and labour warranty are available, so it’s worth looking at a number of products to see which offers the best value for money. Unlike other online suppliers we will always liaise with the manufacturer / distributor for you, to ensure a speedy resolution.

Please Note: In the event that a repair is required which is not deemed to be manufacturers fault, i.e. poor maintenance, wrongly sited etc then all costs will be charged to the customer.

The easiest and most common way to pay is by using a credit or debit card when you order either over the phone or from this website. It's fast and your transaction is fully protected.

Alternatively you can checkout through the website and choose to pay via BACS transfer. Please use your order number as the payment reference. As soon as the funds are cleared, we will arrange for despatch.

Even with one of the largest ranges of retail equipment and shopfitting supplies available in the UK, It is not always possible to show every item available.
